Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Mid-Level Superintendent for commercial construction projects in our Virginia portfolio. The role requires leadership on ground-up and renovation work, strong field coordination, and a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

You will manage projects from $500K to $12M, coordinate subcontractors and design teams, and ensure daily reporting and OSHA compliance. A hands-on, autonomous leader who can drive projects from site to completion is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Healthcare construction project experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage projects from $500K to $12M.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field operations effectively.
• Proficient with Procore or similar CM software.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams.
• Lead daily site meetings and drive field coordination.
