Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction, preferably healthcare.
• Proven track record in healthcare construction projects and knowledge of codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Produce reports on progress, costs, and scheduling.
