Job summary

OSF HealthCare, in partnership with Pointcore, seeks a Superintendent to own all field construction operations on healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead teams, coordinate with trade partners, and manage project reporting while upholding the Pointcore culture.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or commercial construction, OSHA 30-hour training within 6 months, and strong leadership and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of commercial/construction industry experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Active state driver’s license.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Owns field construction operations for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and reporting.
• Maintains client relationships and manages trade partner coordination.
• Demonstrates servant leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving.
• Adheres to safety and infection-control standards across OSF HealthCare and Pointcore projects.
