Job summary

OSF HealthCare, in partnership with Pointcore, seeks a Superintendent to lead construction operations on our healthcare facilities in Illinois. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost management while coordinating with trade partners and clients and upholding our culture of servant leadership and accountability.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, 5 years of healthcare or commercial construction experience, and OSHA safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in commercial construction or equivalent industry experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Active state driver's license.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction operations on the project.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and project reporting.
• Lead trade partners and subcontractors.
• Uphold Pointcore and OSF HealthCare culture.
