Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent (Healthcare Construction) to lead field operations across active hospital campuses in Champaign, IL. You will own safety, quality, schedule, and cost, and coordinate trade partners to ensure on-site excellence in occupied healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and strong blueprint reading skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Valid driver's license and blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to operate in occupied healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction operations across assigned projects with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate and manage trade partners to ensure seamless on-site execution.
• Maintain compliance in active, occupied healthcare facilities (ICRA/ILSM).
• Review and enforce project schedules and client relationships.
• Uphold servant leadership, accountability and open communication.
• Identify and solve problems on the fly before they escalate.
