SJS Executives, LLC (SJS) is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to support ongoing healthcare construction at a Federal Medical Facility in St. Cloud.

This full-time role requires field oversight, scheduling, and collaboration with government personnel, contractors, and facility staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in construction management, with healthcare project exposure, knowledge of federal criteria, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, including healthcare projects.
• CCM certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret and apply construction contracts, scopes of work, and drawings.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and federal design criteria.

Mansioni

• Perform field verifications, drawing reviews, and document markups for project execution.
• Develop procurement packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates for federal procurement.
• Maintain Life Safety and Environment of Care schedules and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with facilities and contractors to ensure contract deliverables and compliance.
• Enter and manage Maximo-based PM programs for building systems and asset records.
