Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, seeks a reliable Construction Quality Control Manager to support ongoing healthcare construction for a Federal Medical Facility in St. Cloud.

This full-time role requires coordinating with Government personnel, contractors, and facilities teams to ensure quality and compliance. We offer benefits including paid holidays, PTO, and comprehensive medical plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Real ID is required for this position.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management, including at least 1 year healthcare.
• CCM certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with healthcare renovation and new construction projects.
• Knowledge of hospitals infrastructure and life safety systems.
• Experience with ADA renovations and facility modernization.
• Experience with federal design review and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform field verifications, drawings reviews, and document markups.
• Develop acquisition packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliance schedules for Life Safety and Environment of Care.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to monitor deliverables.
• Enter and manage Maximo PM programs for facility systems.
• Audit equipment, assets, and maintenance records; train staff on Maximo.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and document control.
• Coordinate activities among Government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct field observations, site surveys, and QA reviews.
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and cost estimates.
• Support design reviews, RFIs, and project closeout documentation.
• Assist with construction administration across phases of healthcare projects.
• Coordinate construction in occupied healthcare facilities with minimal disruption.
