• 5+ years of experience in construction management on projects valued $10M+
• Strong scheduling and critical path skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally

Mansioni

• Manage all facets of construction and leasing project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) from predesign through turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, critical paths, earned value management, and related tools; adjust as work progresses.
• Oversee document management for construction docs, correspondence, and as-builts.
• Review and coordinate payment applications for contractors and consultants; advise on approvals.
• Attend meetings with VA Engineering staff, contractors, and hospital staff.
• Ensure project success in terms of timeline, budget, safety, compliance, and readiness.
• Provide occupancy planning, move schedules, cost estimates, and inventory lists.
• Manage day-to-day operations at leased sites and coordinate with lessors.
