Job summary

VW International is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to lead QA for hospital construction/renovation projects on US government facilities. You will monitor safety, schedules, and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to NFPA, JCAHO, and MEDCOM QA standards, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role demands strong documentation, reporting to COR, and collaboration with facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare construction, military medical facilities preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
• Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, and documentation for repair/construction work.
• Ensure conformance with NFPA, JCAHO, safety standards and agency criteria.
• Meet with contractors daily to verify QA requirements per USACE and MEDCOM guidelines.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Logistics, maintenance and project staff; prepare reports for COR.
• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings; provide status reports to government officials.
