Clark Construction Group seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QA/QC across complex healthcare and academic construction projects. You will direct third-party contractors, manage trade labor, and ensure compliance with medical and university facility standards.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee physical plant systems, BAS, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution, coordinating phased construction to minimize disruption while applying rigorous project

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience working in medical office, medical research/laboratory, hospital, and university settings.
• Experience managing complex MEP/HVAC systems and phased construction.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project management platforms like eBuilder and Primavera.
• Ability to manage, direct, and inspect the work of contractors, unionized labor, and consultants.
• Technical understanding of physical plant systems, BAS, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
• Preferred ICC certifications, CQI, CQMC, and OSHA 30-Hour.
