My client, a well‑established general contracting firm based in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $20M across healthcare, education, retail, and other sectors. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance while ensuring high‑quality execution.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr – $135,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving any issues that may arise.
