Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including obtaining certificates of occupancy.
  • Track project milestones, update schedules, and communicate with site staff and owners.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to update the budget.
  • Maintain detailed logs of construction documentation (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders).
  • Update required AIA documentation.
  • Report project status and issues to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Site Superintendent to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor costs, including labor and materials.
  • Manage schedules, prepare detailed short-term schedules, and ensure activities are on or ahead of schedule.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
  • Healthcare construction experience (REQUIRED).
  • AHCA inspection experience (PREFERRED).
  • Experience with ProCore or similar software.
  • OSHA-30 Certification (PREFERRED).
  • Strong ability to read drawings and specifications.
