Base Pay Range
$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including obtaining certificates of occupancy.
- Track project milestones, update schedules, and communicate with site staff and owners.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Work closely with the estimating team to update the budget.
- Maintain detailed logs of construction documentation (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders).
- Update required AIA documentation.
- Report project status and issues to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with the Site Superintendent to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor costs, including labor and materials.
- Manage schedules, prepare detailed short-term schedules, and ensure activities are on or ahead of schedule.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
- Healthcare construction experience (REQUIRED).
- AHCA inspection experience (PREFERRED).
- Experience with ProCore or similar software.
- OSHA-30 Certification (PREFERRED).
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications.
