Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager 1 for healthcare construction in Raleigh, NC. You will provide leadership for full-scale projects, manage preconstruction activities, schedule development, and coordination with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management core duties.
• Manage prestart process and buyout schedule.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, risk management, and design teams.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for change requests.
• Lead monthly project reviews and meetings (OAC).
• Develop and update project schedules, tracking materials and procurement.
