Qualifications

• Must have effective communication with vendors, user groups, leadership, design firms and contractors in healthcare settings.
• Practical hands‑on experience in new construction, renovations and alterations, and knowledge of Fire Safety, NFPA.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management and construction management to trades personnel and contract labor on new construction and renovation projects.
• Maintains project documentation and provides monthly status briefings to senior leadership.
• Notifies department heads and designers of project activities, scheduling and progress.
• Coordinates with hospital units to minimize disruption to buildings, utilities, and operations.
• Creates RFQs and RFPs, analyzes bids, and manages contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitors expenditures for service and procurement contracts and assists with safety inspections.
