Job summary

Hourigan Group is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget adherence, and a superior owner experience.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold Hourigan’s safety standards. A BS in a construction-related field and 5–7 years of experience are preferred, with LEED knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of general contracting experience.
• Experience with construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, document administration.

Responsibilities

• Own all project finances and internal financial reporting.
• Coordinate all activities with the Superintendent and project team.
• Prepare the project construction schedule with input from the Superintendent and subs.
• Review and approve subcontracts and change orders; manage RFI and submittal logs.
• Oversee safety plans and on-site quality control within Hourigan’s SHMS.
