Job summary

Hourigan is seeking a collaborative and driven Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from start to finish. You will own the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating closely with the superintendent, owners, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of general contracting experience, a B.S.

in a construction-related field, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of general contracting experience.
• Extensive experience with estimating, means and methods, accounting, document administration.
• LEED certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; scheduling software experience in Textura, Procore, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Own full project ownership from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate activities with the Superintendent and project team.
• Prepare the project construction schedule with input from subs and procurement.
• Manage subcontractor RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee safety practices and Hourigan SHMS compliance.
• Lead a small team and mentor personnel.
