Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience, preferably in general contracting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities for small to medium projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Ensure subcontractors meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate start-up and close-out activities with the Project Manager.
• Maintain project documents and assist with schedule development.
• Enforce on-site safety, quality control, and SHMS adherence.
• Prepare daily reports and look-ahead schedules.
