Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and active architectural license.
• 8+ years of architectural experience, including healthcare projects.
• Experience leading projects through design, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
• Knowledge of healthcare planning, life safety codes, accessibility, and FGI Guidelines.
• Proficiency in Revit and coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Ability to coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: develops concepts, pricing and specs.
• Detailed Design: ensures code compliance and safety in drawings.
• Coordination: coordinates with other disciplines and outside consultants.
• Produce finished drawings: organized, accurate, clear.
• Construction Documents: signs and seals documents as Professional of Record.
• Construction Support: reviews shop drawings and supports field teams.
• Planning/Scheduling: manage workload and create discipline plans.
• Profitability: estimate man-hours and monitor costs.
• Project Management: lead discipline staff and deadlines.
• Travel: travel up to 30% as required.
