• Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience.
• 1–2 years of healthcare construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• SST card required.
• Attend and retain knowledge from all assigned trainings.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand project drawings and requirements to meet contract specs.
• Lead weekly specialty partner meetings with team and partners.
• Manage permits, insurance logs, and onboarding documents.
• Input and assist with monthly project reports and ROJ dates.
• Close out NCRs and inspections and address field concerns promptly.
