Job summary

Batska Consulting Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee scope, schedule, and budget across healthcare construction projects in the tristate area. You will manage owner relations, subcontractors, and the design-construction interface to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in construction, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam. Healthcare experience is preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–6 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, completion and financial performance.
• Manage owner and subcontractor relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead design coordination between design and construction teams.
• Forecast costs, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and scopes.
