Job summary

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to own customer relationships, project delivery, and P&L from design through manufacturing, field installation and closeout in California.

You will coordinate design, preconstruction, purchasing, fabrication and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. The role requires 8+ years in construction PM with healthcare, IPD/IFOA experience, and strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of construction project management experience, including healthcare projects in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience as required.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, change orders, forecasting and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and owner relationships; be the senior face of M3 to health systems, GC partners, and engineers.
• Lead project teams; own scope, schedule, budget, change orders, and financial performance across manufactured components and MEP prefab.
• Ensure design-to-factory-to-field integration so components arrive coordinated, defect-free, on time and on budget.
• Negotiate and manage IPD/IFOA and master agreements, warranties, and risk management in line with California Building Code.
• Coach project managers and engineers; foster a prevention-first safety culture and high engagement team.
• Drive growth and innovation by incorporating field and customer insights into productized offerings; support lean, OKRs.
