Landmark Healthcare Projects is seeking an experienced Project Executive for healthcare construction in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role requires leading large hospital and medical facility projects while managing budgets, schedules, and client relations.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership on healthcare campuses, with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive project success in occupied facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Significant healthcare construction leadership experience required.
• Experience with OSHPD/HCAI-regulated projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee multiple project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare owners, hospital systems, and trade partners.
• Provide executive oversight of budgets, schedules, staffing, safety, and risk management.
