Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Significant healthcare construction leadership across hospitals/clinics.
• Experience in occupied facilities and infection control is preferred.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, procurement.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for healthcare projects in the Dallas market.
• Grow HITT’s Healthcare practice and maintain client relationships.
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, and project delivery across multiple projects.
• Review budgets, schedules, scopes, bid packages, and procurement plans.
• Mentor Project Managers and ensure safety and quality throughout.
