Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare facility construction and renovation projects across the Western United States. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to drive schedules, budgets, and quality from planning through completion.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to travel regularly to job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive schedules to completion.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new client startup and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, quality, timelines, and compliance.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgets when possible.
• Review plans, drawings, specs, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Oversee bidding, scheduling, equipment delivery, installation, and facility readiness.
