Job summary

You'll oversee architects, engineers and consultants, ensuring budget, schedule and quality standards across a portfolio of projects worth $50M–$100M over a two-year cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to large construction projects in healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects and engineers.
• Strong budget, schedule, and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams from design through closeout.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality standards are met on all projects.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and clinical asset management teams.
• Manage budgets and schedules for multiple active projects.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to PD&C diversity initiatives.
