Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Healthcare to oversee renovation and construction for healthcare facilities across the Western United States. This is a remote role requiring residence in Phoenix, AZ area, with frequent travel to job sites and a salary+bonus compensation structure.

You will coordinate with physicians, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, manage budgets, monitor progress, and ensure timelines meet milestones while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive schedules to completion.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new client startup and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, timelines, and compliance.
• Keep projects on schedule and within approved budgets where possible.
• Review plans and documentation for accuracy and oversee bidding and scheduling.
