Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring a Sr Project Manager with construction experience; healthcare background preferred. This is a remote role, but preference for candidates in the St. Louis region.

The role supports capital design and construction across campuses, coordinating architects, engineers, and hospital facilities teams to deliver on time and within budget while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bach Deg and/or Equivalent Exp.
• Experience: 5-10 years in project management.
• Preferred: Architecture/Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to project teams and manages adherence to requirements, timeline, milestones and approvals.
• Ensures compliance and regulatory requirements and contract administration; promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Executes completion and occupancy of renovations, infrastructure upgrades, new Medical Office Buildings & Ambulatory Centers, and radiology equipment replacements.
• Manages tasks related to project planning, execution, analysis, tracking; change management; team facilitation; risk/issue identification and mitigation.
