Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (scientific or technical) or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in regulated medical/pharmaceutical field preferred.
• 2-4 years of project management experience with track record of on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PM certification (PMP/CSM) preferred and beneficial.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and external client/partner projects.
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, mitigating risks to stay on time and within scope.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accountability for contributions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize PM processes, tools, and best practices.
• Track progress, report milestones, and conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned.
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines and specifications.
