Metric Geo in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead healthcare construction programs for a leading national contractor. The role spans preconstruction through turnover, with responsibility for owner relations, budgets, schedules and safety on complex hospital projects.

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience working for a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and execute project business plans, budgets, schedules, logistics and phasing strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with preconstruction, field supervision and project teams.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders and performance.
• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, projections, billing and collections.
• Lead project scheduling meetings and ensure milestones and critical-path activities stay on track.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement and long-lead equipment.
