Green Key Resources is partnering with one of Nashville's premier healthcare-focused General Contractors to bring on a Project Manager for their growing team.

Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and execution.
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, and project financial performance.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk and maintain profitability.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and contract compliance are maintained accurately.
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Healthcare construction experience is required.
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Ability to build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
