Robins & Morton, a leading healthcare construction firm, seeks a Project Manager in Nashville to lead planning and execution of complex projects. You will drive profit, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction through clear communication and disciplined execution.

The role demands a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of healthcare construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Ability to establish professional, trusting and meaningful relationships with the entire project team.
• Knowledge of all facets of ground up Healthcare Construction/Renovation.

Responsibilities

• Establish profit, time objectives and Project Status Reports.
• Review, approve and manage budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Track and manage cost reporting of local jobsite accounts and field purchase orders.
• Build and maintain trusting and transparent owner, designer, trade partner relationships.
• Negotiate agreements with trade partners in a timely manner.
• Manage change order process for timeliness.
• Manage material procurement.
• Manage closeout process.
• Manage owner purchase order system and owner-controlled insurance.
• Provide guidance and assistance to team members; mentor assistant project managers, field engineers, project engineers and college co-op/interns
