Job summary

CPPI in Fort Myers is seeking a Project Manager for Healthcare Construction projects. You will lead assigned healthcare builds, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and CPPI quality standards while serving as the primary contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and contracts, coordinate teams, and drive compliant project delivery under AHCA guidelines where applicable. A healthcare construction background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5 years of experience as a construction manager or in a similar PM role.
• Healthcare construction experience; AHCA is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintains knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Builds relationships with team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manages contracts, schedules, pay apps, and change orders.
• Coordinates project teams and communication.
• Identifies challenges and implements solutions to stay on track.
• Oversees submittal reviews and long-lead items.
• Manages project closeout and documentation.
• Prepares owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Leads project meetings and ensures action items are resolved.
• Supports staff and supervision with coordination.
• Monitors schedules and implements corrective actions.
• Oversees quality control and post-occupancy issues.
• Reviews invoices, payroll where applicable.
• Supports preconstruction services and project delivery.
