Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects across a growing regional portfolio. You will report to senior operations leadership and oversee ground-up and renovation healthcare work from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing safety, quality, schedule, and budget; forecasting and change orders; coordinating with healthcare clients, consultants, and subcontractors; and mentoring project engineers.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience with a commercial GC.
• Healthcare project delivery knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and monthly reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
