Job summary

MPI, a leading construction management firm serving healthcare, life science, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and institutional projects in Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire, seeks a Project Manager - Healthcare to lead complex occupied facilities.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications from preconstruction through closeout, ensure safety, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic delivery, with projects ranging from $10M to $300M+.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience with occupied healthcare, life science, labs, pharma, higher education, or public facilities.
Track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
Strong communication, scheduling, budgeting, and leadership skills.
Procore experience preferred.
Ability to commute throughout Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently within active facilities.

Utilize Procore and other project management technologies to drive project success.
