Job summary

MPI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of large-scale mission-critical and advanced technology construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents on budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation, stepping up from a Project Engineer role when ready.

Qualifications

Experience with construction project management, preferably in healthcare settings.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising healthcare construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
Support contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Identify and resolve potential project issues in a timely manner.
Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
