Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead complex hospital and healthcare projects in Southern Nevada. The role requires handling occupied environments, phased work, infection control, and strong coordination with hospital stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, while maintaining clear communication on cost, risk, and decisions. A robust healthcare project background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financials, forecasting, and subcontractor commitments.
• Coordinate with owners, hospital facilities, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead phasing, shutdowns, and temporary systems in occupied environments.
• Drive risk mitigation and ensure patient safety and infection control considerations.
