The role requires 5+ years GC hospital construction experience, including occupied renovations in operating rooms and related facilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of GC hospital construction with occupied renovations including operating rooms, cath labs, and surgical suites.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, pay applications, subcontractors, and project execution.
• Ability to coordinate with hospital stakeholders and architectural teams to minimize patient disruption.

Aufgaben

• Manage small-to-mid-size healthcare projects >$1M from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead renovations in active, occupied hospitals including ORs, cath labs, surgical suites.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, subcontractor buyouts, pay applications, change orders, and cost reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors, safety, quality, and healthcare-specific compliance (ICRA, infection control, ILSM).
• Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure patient-care continuity.
