Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) seeks a Project Manager for healthcare commercial construction to lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires healthcare construction experience, AHCA familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams with precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 3 years as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction project management.
• Experience with healthcare commercial construction; AHCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize timelines, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal building codes.
• Coordinate project team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage contractual documents, submittals, and pay applications.
• Oversee project close-out, change orders, and warranty items.
