Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from concept through occupancy, coordinating design, procurement and contractor activities.

You will own scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk, partner with clients and stakeholders, mentor project managers, and drive best practices across multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in inpatient healthcare construction is preferred.
• Ability to lead complex projects and teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Accountable for scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to define objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Direct procurement activities including RFPs, evaluations, negotiations and contracts.
• Develop project charters, governance structures, and integrated schedules.
