You will manage timelines, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, safety, and quality while serving as the owner's liaison with architects and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Experience in healthcare construction; AHCA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
• Manage contractual documentation and project correspondence.
• Oversee submittal approvals, procurement, and permits.
• Monitor schedules, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and closeout activities.
