Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules and resource leveling.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders.
