Mazzuca Contracting, Inc. seeks a driven Project Manager for Baltimore, MD.

You will lead commercial construction projects, including HEALTHCARE facilities, with travel as needed, to deliver excellence and client satisfaction. Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in healthcare or corporate interiors, strong skills with Procore and MS Project, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction, including HEALTHCARE projects.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and MEP drawings.
• Experience managing multiple projects >10,000 sq ft.

Responsabilités

• Develop new clients and maintain client relationships
• Estimate projects and prepare bid proposals
• Manage several projects simultaneously
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor material lead times and delivery dates
• Develop and monitor project schedules
• Communicate daily with project team
• Chair progress meetings and prepare minutes
• Review submittals and coordinate shop drawings
• Prepare RFIs and Change Proposals
• Close out projects
