Broaddus & Associates in the Texas Medical Center is seeking a full-time Owner’s Representative Project Manager with 2–10+ years of experience in healthcare or commercial construction. You will attend project meetings, oversee on-site progress, conduct site walks, document daily progress, review change orders, and support commissioning and closeout.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in office) for the first months, then full-time on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2–10+ years of post-graduate experience in project management or related fields.

Broaddus & Associates is seeking a full-time Owner’s Representative Project Manager to join a growing team in the Texas Medical Center. This role requires experience in healthcare and/or commercial construction management, or other relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attend all project meetings as a member of the Owner’s project staff.
• Oversee on-site construction progress.
• Conduct independent site walks on a regular basis.
• Document construction progress with daily reports and photographs.
• Review contractor change order requests for scope and cost validity.
• Report on contractor schedule and progress status.
• Attend commissioning meetings and inspections.
• Assist with project closeout requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2-10+ years of post-graduate experience in a relevant field (project management, general contracting, engineering, or architectural design).

Technical Skills:

• Construction industry or project management certifications are welcome.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam Revue, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Owner-specific PMIS (Unifier).
• Basic proficiency with cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype.
• Basic knowledge of construction commissioning.

Additional Qualities (a plus, but not required):

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office) for the first 4-5 months, transitioning to full-time on-site.
