Job summary

SIRIS LLC in Bath, New York, seeks an experienced Project Manager (10+ years) to support an Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program at the VA Medical Center.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the Owner's Representative, providing strategic leadership and oversight on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs while managing complex healthcare construction projects within an occupied facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience as Owner's Representative on federal construction programs.
• Healthcare/institutional construction experience preferred.
• Experience with EHRM initiatives and healthcare IT interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative for VA during all project phases.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for healthcare construction projects.
• Ensure alignment with VA standards, contract requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, government stakeholders and end users.
• Develop relationships with all project stakeholders and maintain communication.
