Austin Commercial is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our Healthcare Construction Division, overseeing strategic direction, execution, safety, and performance across hospitals and occupied facilities. This senior role requires deep healthcare construction experience and a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in healthcare construction, with 7+ in senior leadership.
• Professional certifications: CCM, PMP, LEED AP desirable.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive operational strategy for healthcare construction aligned with company objectives.
• Provide executive oversight of project performance, resources, and risk across healthcare portfolio.
