Jacobs in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager - Healthcare to lead complex design and construction efforts across Ambulatory, Support, and Campus facilities. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communications from planning through occupancy.

This role requires 10+ years in healthcare project management, a BS in construction management or related field, and relocation to Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of design and construction project management experience in healthcare buildings.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, design/build methods, and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-inpatient building portfolios as integrated, operationally ready components.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope, design and construction contracts from planning through occupancy.
• Serve as primary contact between Owner, design/construction teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Coordinate design reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications; monitor progress.
