Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience on healthcare projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and standard architectural production tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction documents, detailing, and coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Architectural licensure or active pursuit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and project documentation for healthcare facilities and related projects.
• Participate through programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, details, specifications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with planning, design coordination, code compliance, and quality control.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
• Help develop practical, aesthetically strong solutions meeting client requirements.
• Mentor junior staff where appropriate.
