RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Estimator to support healthcare, institutional and commercial projects across Southern California. The role emphasizes early-stage estimating, conceptual budgeting, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning.

The ideal candidate has general contractor estimating experience, with a preference for HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects, and can evaluate costs, risks, and provide preliminary cost recommendations to clients and project teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Experience with healthcare construction (HCAI/OSHPD) strongly preferred.
• Strong background in conceptual estimating and early-stage cost analysis.
• Ability to review drawings for constructability, gaps, and risks.
• Understanding of project scheduling, phasing, and sequencing.
• Experience with healthcare renovations, occupied facilities, or complex commercial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating software.
