OCMI, Inc. (O'Connor Construction Management) is looking for a Senior Cost Manager/Estimator to join our Northern California team. This role involves leading estimating efforts for healthcare projects, overseeing quality control, and communicating cost strategies to clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in HCAI healthcare projects, and must have strong communication and analyzing skills. We offer remote flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years as a cost manager / estimating professional.
• Prior HCAI healthcare project estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to travel intermittently for projects and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Represent the firm to clients and organizations.
• Provide detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing.
• Support development of comprehensive cost estimates/models.
