• Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, and change orders; identify project risks, schedule conflicts, and operational impacts.
• Meet regularly with department directors to evaluate renovation, equipment, and space needs; review drawings and coordinate relocations, space planning, and schedules around patient care.

Pay Rate:Salary - Salary Plan, 85,000.00 USD AnnualJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and deliver construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects at a hospital while keeping every project safe, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, infection prevention, and life-safety requirements.
